Our cocktails are inspired by the magical world of Polynesian and Maori mythology, its gods and ancient stories. Every drink takes its name from a deity, spirit, or legendary tale, and we shaped each flavor profile to reflect the character of that mythic figure. For us, tasting a drink is not only about enjoying a fine cocktail, but also about taking an exciting sensory journey into a distant, mystical world.

Our story

The story of Evergarden began in March 2025, with a simple but deeper dream: to create a truly special space where a drink becomes an art form.

Our goal was to build an outdoor venue where, the moment you step inside, the noise of the outside world disappears and your attention is fully focused on quality time, harmony, and perfect flavors.
